Berdasarkan hasil penerimaan rekrutmen CPNS penempatan Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Nonformal FKIP Universitas Bengkulu tahun 2021, maka dosen Prodi PNF bertambah menjadi 3 orang terdiri dari satu orang laki-laki dua orang perempuan. Hasil ini tentu saja sesuai dengan ajuan kebutuhan dosen yang Prodi PNF. Setelah melalui proses pemberkasan yang cukup, pada tanggal 7 Juni 2022 ketiga dosen CPNS tersebut secara simbolis resmi diserahkan dari pihak Fakultas KIP ke Program Studi Penempatan masing-masing. Untuk lebih dekat dengan para dosen baru, berikut sedikit profilnya:
- Ari Putra, S.Pd., M.Pd merupakan lulusan dari Pascasarjana (Magister) Program Studi Pendidikan Masyarakat Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI Bandung). Beliau juga merupakan alumni sarjana (S1) Pendidikan Luar Sekolah FKIP Universitas Bengkulu.
- Lenni Mantili Hutauruk, S.Pd., M.Ed merupakan lulusan dari Magister Jurusan Adult and Continuing Education di National Chung Cheng University Taiwan. Beliau juga merupakan alumni Sajana (S1) Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED).
- Dwi Ismawati, S.Pd., M.Pd merupakan lulusan dari Magister Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). Beliau juga lulusan sarjana (S1) Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).
